Author Topic: SD PBR VRay filter  (Read 1946 times)

Hey guys,

I just downloaded the latest version of SD. I'm testing out the PBR filter that converts outputs to vray outputs.

Its really great that this is in there, so thanks to whoever made this. It would be great to see some documentation on it. I'm using it with vray in Maya and I can't quite get the same results and I've got a feeling its the IOR. Anyone got an examples of setting up the vraymtl from substance outputs? I'm almost there!

I'd find this quite helpful as well, but for Arnold as well. Could be a super simple example (or vid by Wes  ;))  For example, Would you use the Arnold (or Vray), standard shader?  The addition of this option was terrific, a little assistance with workflow would be greatly appreciated.
