License Header At Top?

I have this weird license header at the top of painter that won't let me access any of my menus. It was fine last night but appeared this morning, is there a way to remove this? I tried clicking the x button on the far right but it appears none of the three icons do anything at all.

Could you describe your issue a bit more?
Is it happening whenever you open substance painter or with any other apps?
