Author Topic: Exporting Mask to File problem  (Read 1182 times)

When I am working on a UV tile that is different from 1001, and try to "export mask to file" with the right-click menu, Painter only exports what is sees on tile 1001. If my mask is only limited to one tile (for example 1003), is there a way to export it with the right-click menu as it was the case with the legacy workflow? May be have an option "export mask to tile from current/selected texture set)?

Yes this is currently not possible but we're aware of it and are looking into it.
In the meantime you can create an anchor point on your mask and reference it in a fill layer in the roughness channel for example, where you'll be able to export it the regular way.
