I'm able to download the launcher and open it but when I attempt to install Substance Painter it finishes then prints the message in the title and doesn't install. Anyone have a similar issue?

Hi,

Could you export your log file so we can investigate on this matter ?
To do so just click on your username in the upper right corner and then select Export Log

I've the same problem !!!
When i start the install system after the complete downloading, i've this message :


Error 5: Accès refusé --> Denied access
