If you use substance designer as well you can create a custom filter for Alchemist, to invert the R G or B channels of your input normal.
you may also find that a user has created one and published it to Substance Share.
If you use Photoshop, invert the relevant channel
channel pane > select the R G or B Chanel causing the issue and hit Ctrl/Cmd +I
*note that depending on if you're working in Open GL or Direct X , will determine which channel needs to be inverted, often Direct X needs the Green. Y channel flipped.
