I'm new to substance designer and I've been trying to recreate this substance:

I finished creating it and applied it as a filter to a layer in painter in order to drive the input color.

problem is the substance turns out way too big, and i'm not sure how to scale it down. is there a way to scale it down globally inside painter or designer? or do I have to recreate the substance on a much much smaller scale?
