Substance Share for Commercial Use

If I'm creating a game and plan on selling it on steam, am I allowed to use the materials on Substance Share? I'm not modifying them just texturing some models.
If so, are there any requirements to using Substance Share for commercial purposes?

You can use anything on Substance Share as long as you credit the creator. Lots of topics about this in the Substance Share section of the forum.
