Hi there.

Any workflows or tips to avoid merging my textures on an external software if I'm using several texture sets ?

Is it a requirement for you to have a single TextureSet upon export? Noone is forcing you to merge the TextureSets. If you have multiple TextureSets, but need a single set of textures, how would you avoid merging them?

There is currently no way to merge the TextureSets upon export in Painter, so all you can do is to either export each TextureSet separately, or put all UVs into 0-1 UV space and just use a single TextureSet (you can separate materials using masking).
