My mesh looks perfect when it is opened in Blender, but when I import to Substance Painter, it is broken, how can I solve this problem? thankss.

What are your normals like? Try using Ctrl-N to make them consistent.

Looks like you might have some overlapping faces as well.  In Blender you can go into edit mode and remove double vertices to clean it up, just be careful you don't remove geometry you want.
