Hello:

I have the Substance LIVE account and try to get the latest substance designer version, but it takes me more than 5 hours to download the file and eventually my internet browser stopped the download..

is it normal to everyone??

Sometimes I get a super long estimated download time.  I cancel the download and immediately retry.  The second (or third) attempt gives a much more reasonable time (a few minutes).
