Unfortunately Substance Redux has been discontinued.

This is likely an issue that was solved in more recent versions.

This look like you may have an issue with the smoothing of either your low poly or high poly mesh. Make sure none of your edges are creased or hard.

You could create a shader that expect those packed maps but it would be a nightmare to work with separate R, G and B channels inside Painter as it stands.

You likely have mirrored UVs, which creates that kind of artefacts on world space bakes. Make sure you offset the mirrored part on the next UV quadrant so that it's ignored by the bake.

It is still being developed, but still not ready for release.

Try reducing the max frontal distance, it's likely that your rays touch adjacent surfaces when baking your ID map.

Currently the alpha won't translate to other channels, in your case, you'd be better off creating a green fill layer with the desired height and paint on the mask for this fill layer with your logo.

Have you tried baking at a lower resolution or baking only certain maps to try to pinpoint what exactly causes the crash?

That edge is because your background layer is empty. Try setting a fill layer at the bottom of the stack with a darker color and you shouldn't see any white bleed.

Curvature has been slow for quite some time, it's just more apparent now that the AO bake is really fast. We are working on a new Curvature baker that should hopefully fix these issues.

Server paths are not supported at the moment, you should mount your server on a virtual drive first.
