Substance Academy - Community Tutorials - Are the tutorials missing from the site?

Maybe it's just my computer, but I wanted to show a friend the tutorials on the site here, but I can't access them, and pretty much see a blank page when I click on the link to go to the tutorials section.

is it just me, or are updates happening on the site?
