I figured it out. Instead of showing up in the Preferences>Plugins it shows up below that in a new line that is called Plugins.

Substance Integrations - UE4 - Plugin not working on UE4

I just installed ue4 version 4.24.1 on my new machine and substance plugin says it's installed but it doesn't show up in UE4. Is there a hack I can do in the UE4 files? Is there a way to use the substance files without the plugin? Any tip would help I was depending on the textures from my subscription for my current project.
