In Substance Designer, we are using the system font. We plan to use a specific font in the future and it will solve the problem as we will install the font with the software.

But that's the reason why today the font is sometimes not correct on some specific machines. It's when the default font defined on the system is not designed to correctly display english characters.

Indeed, B2M is not compatible with the latest files published on Source.
If you want to open an SBSAR you have downloaded on Source you can use the Substance Player (free software). You can download it on our website: https://www.substance3d.com/substance-player/

In your preferences, in the 3D view section, you have an option to change the sample count for the OpenGL renderer. What is the current value on your machine? Do you see any changes if you increase it (like 128 for example).
