I reproduced the problem and logged it into our database.
Meanwhile, since it's an OBJ file, you can fix it by hand. Open the file in a text editor and look for the keyword "nan" and replace any occurrence you find by 0. :)

In the viewport of substance painter everything looks as it is supposed to. But ingame no, it looks really bad when i apply the diffuse and then the normal, it appears like the diffuse overlays the normal map with the white chunk of colour. This white chunk IS NOT supposed to be there at all i dont know why it appears in the export.
Please attach some comparison images and your log file as well.

Sorry for the delay, I missed your previous message it seems.
Looking at the video, can you tell me if I understood it right: you use the Polygon Fill to to select/paint some geometry parts in the mask but the texturing doesn't update until you hide/unhide another layer ?

We have a bugfix version coming in the next few days that will fix that performance issue. Sorry for the troubles !

It looks like the mesh file you used has a type of value that we don't support.
Could you attach a mesh file so that we can look into it ?

This is indeed a bug, which is our backlog. I don't know yet when we will address it.

The licensing system is not related in any way to the save system. Please follow the guidelines on how to report an issue: https://forum.substance3d.com/index.php/topic,22451.0.html

The Json file you can import is the one you can export from the application via the Export Textures window (form the File menu), look for "Export Shader Parameters". That should give a good example of its structure.

As the error message says, the plugin cannot export the textures because your project was created with the UV Tile workflow. There is no real solution to this, you will have to find a way to export your textures differently. Photoshop doesn't support UV Tiles/UDIMs, so you need to export your textures individually.

See this thread for information on that subject : https://forum.substance3d.com/index.php/topic,35908.0.html
