This is not possible, at least not yet, to export parametric materials from Substance Alchemist.

Hi,

We support only CentOS for Linux, so that's probably the issue.

If you purchased licenses, then go to My Account and Downloads. You will them here.

Upgrade is if you have eligible licenses to upgrade.

If there is a blank page it’s because you don’t have any license eligible for upgrade.
You can send an email to contact@substance3d.com if you have any questions about your licenses.

You would need to download the license files on your Substance account, and chose “activate with a license file”.

I would suggest to purchase a yearly subscription, otherwise he would need to download the files every month.

Hi,

When it comes to personal situations/accounts we don’t answer on the forum.
Your case is still open and in discussion on the support, so it will be solved here :)

Hi,

You would need to download the free materials on Substance Source. Just click on the Free category in the left bar.

Hi,

Sorry for the issue.
We identified the problem and we are working on it.
This should be fixed soon.

No you don’t lose your perpetual license.
The subcription would create a new license, and your perpetual one would still exist.

Substance is separate from CC All Apps, and there is no plan to include it. It remains a separate purchase.

Hi,

We identified the problem, it seems to happen when there is a corrupted file in the folder.
We will issue a fix early 2020.

In the meantime, here is what you can do:
- open the log (in ProgramFiles/Allegorithmic/Substance Alchemist)
- see the latest file name that has been browsed
- remove the next one in your folder, by alphabetical order. That should be the culprit.

Hi,

We confirm you should check this with Epic. They will then contact us regarding your account if needed.
