Substance Painter - Technical Support - Substance Painter 2.1 iRay view causing program crash

I can't open the iRay view in Painter I am assuming it is related to the Nvidia driver warning mention in the forum here https://forum.allegorithmic.com/index.php?topic=9801.0
Can anyone confirm latest Nvidia Gforce 368.22 is working or not.
Crash report sent.

Substance Painter - Technical Support - The document contains data for a material that is not present

I see this often and understand what it is telling me, what I don't know is how you actually fix it. Update scene materials how. The only way i can think of is to add it back as a texture in the mesh but that makes no sense.

[Paint editor] The document contains data for a material that is not present in the loaded scene. This material name is [Glass].  You should update your scene materials names to be able to see and edit those data.

Substance Painter - Showcase - iRay 30 sec Test Render it rocks!

First render in Substance Painter 2.0 using iRay this was 30 secs for testing, very pleased with result.Absolutely love it this is the way guys much love!

A little annoyed that iRay isn't even selectable despite having latest CUDA drivers installed. Which still crash designer so I wasn't expecting too much but at least to try it out.

Substance Painter - Discussions - Lazy Nezumi Pro and Substance Painter

I have been trying out Lazy Nezumi Pro a line constraint tool and wanted to see if it worked with Substance Painter and well it does. Very handy if you are a Windows user.

Substance Designer - Technical Support - [Solved] New file open etc in 5.3.3 Crash on launch

The launch problem seen in 5.3.2 has just reappeared in 5.3.3
This fix still works though.

- open regedit (in admin)
- go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Allegorithmic\Substance Designer\5_x\session
- select the view3d folder
- delete it
- restart SD

Substance Designer - Feature Requests - A high res plane in the vertical position

A plane in the horizontal position is nice for grounds also one in the vertical would be great for walls and other upright textures.

I guess the ability to rotate the primitives would be the best solution but adding a vertical plane would be more trivial I think.

Substance Designer - Technical Support - Keyboard Shortcuts

It seems the documentation is lacking a few if not many shortcuts and appears not to have been updated in ages.

For example X to swap nodes isn't shown this is extremely handy. Shift drag Inputs to move them is also missing.

I wonder what else I am missing, please give the documentation some loving it helps us all

In the meantime if anyone has a definitive list I would appreciate seeing it.

Substance Designer - Technical Support - Undo not working on 5.3.1

I have a strange one after a period of time undo stops working and the command history is frozen on Windows 10.

Latest Nvidia drivers all up to date.

Restarting fixes the problem unfortunately I don't know the cause so can't post bug report and it is intermittent.

Substance Designer - Technical Support - [SOLVED] SD 5.3 - Save Render Dialog not showing

I am seeing occasional failure to display the save dialog from the Save Render option under Camera when using iRay.

This is happening on Windows 10 and OS X.

Only solution is to restart Substance Designer .

Substance Designer - Technical Support - Substance Designer 5.3 System Crash OS X

Oh dear the iRay render is not stable on the latest version of OS X on my 2012 iMac. Unable to send crash report either as it is crashing the whole system to White screen.
I have a Nvidia 680MX GPU which seems to be working at full speed and then it crashes after about 20 secs.
Wouldn't be so bad if it didn't crash the whole Mac, very wary of using it on OS X now. I will try it under Bootcamp later on and report back though.

Substance - Discussions - Access downloads from ipad

I can't access my product download list from my iPad the links are missing. I of course don't wish t actually download anything but I would like to check which version is available to download later. As it it all I see is name and license.
Might be nice if someone checked if this is a bug or design feature. If the later consider hiding links on the actual download page, thanks.
