Sure, I made this as simple as I could. Dragged an image, hit export. Exporting black diffuse. Here are the screenshots.

Thank you, I made a new project with Metal/Rough and it's still exporting a black diffuse. Just saw there is an update, I'll try that now.
Just tried the newest version, and it's still exporting a black diffuse channel. I tried spec/gloss and metal/rough, no difference in the export.

I'm trying to export materials from Alchemist 2020.1.0 (2.1.0) using the vray next preset. Diffuse exports are completely black, and gloss exports are completely white. I can export fine with default workflow, but the images aren't correct for vray.
Unsure if I need to attach anything.

I know this has been said before, but...
Please, remove this necessity to have Windows Ink...
I dont understand why the change was necessary in the first place, it used to work perfectly before.
Windows Ink is a nightmare beyond imagination. There is no option to remove "flicks" one of the big hassles and gesture detection anymore.
Zbrush works nicely without Windows Ink, detecting pressure and etc...
Photoshop has a clumky (but functional) workaround to make it detect pressure without Windows Ink.
Why cant be the same with Substance Painter?
I am using Windows 10.
Intuos 5 M
and Substance Painter 2019.3.3
Adding to it, Mari and Blender both work fine without windows ink.
Blender even gives you the option of which tablet api to use.
I feel bad that I had our company buy Substance and I don't like using it because of the tablet interface.
Alchemist is great though.

Disappointed to hear it'a a windows thing. Mari, zbrush, photoshop all work fine with pressure and not showing the hotkey. I guess they use wintab instead of windows ink.

Issue: shortcuts pressed while painting display in a text box under the cursor. It's distracting.
I followed the link in the first post to get pressure working, this is the last hurdle.
