Substance Launcher - Discussions - Download/Install Substance Designer via Launcher using corporate proxy

Dear all,
I am trying to install and evaluate Substance Designer using the Launcher Application on Windows 10. I am sitting behind a corporate proxy and for me it seems like the Launcher does not support connections via proxy. At least for Alchemist I can extract the direct download link from the Launcher logs.
[09:35:55] error: Exception:
message: request to https://leyfi.substance3d.com/softwares/5b042ab2be0f040016d6e503/builds/latest?platform=win failed, reason: connect ETIMEDOUT 52.43.249.164:443
But this does not seem to work for Designer. Therefore: Can anybody point me to the right way of using Launcher behind a corporate proxy or provide me a direct download link for Designer?
