Substance Painter - Technical Support - Substance crashes on startup

Please see the log information attached.
I have already tried to uninstall/reinstall both Substance and then the NDVIDA driver too.

I also tried steps from these links already:

Substance Painter - Technical Support - File corrupted?

I get this error when trying to open my file. Is there any way to repair it?
