Substance Painter - Technical Support - Paint Flickering/ not properly displaying textures

Started getting this bug after I updated my graphic card drivers and I'm sure it's a graphics issue but I don't know whow to go about fixing it?
I've seen a similar bug before but the person had an NVIDIA graphic card while I'm sitting on a Radeon RX 580 Series.
Drivers are up to date, even uninstalled and reinstalled them just to be sure.
