Substance Launcher - Discussions - Cannot login to Substance Launcher (infinite loading)
on: December 10, 2020, 12:52:28 am
RESOLVED: It appears that it was a server side issue which was resolved the day after this was posted.
Hello,
I've tried searching the forum and online for solutions to this, but none seem to work.
I cannot login to Substance Launcher. I input the account credentials correctly, but Launcher just shows me an infinite loading animation.
At first, I created an account by linking my Google account. I then verified the account and attempted to login. This resulted in an infinite loading animation.
I uninstalled and then reinstalled the Launcher application, but the same outcome happened.
I then created a second account with a different email address manually, without linking through an external service. After verifying the account, I tried to login and got the same result.
So far, I've tried: disabling all of my Windows firewalls and removing any related registry keys I could find.
What should I do at this point? Thank you for your time and attention.
