Content - Substance Source - substance source hung up or taking way to long to download

it took over 20 minutes to download an sbsar today. I have 326mb download speed so its not a problem on my end normally I can click through my monthly allotment and it downloads 30 files in a few minutes. What's up? Source is also not labeling I own after it  gets downloaded.

And just got around to try painter with and IRay post effects do not work at all. Is this a bug? What is the fix

Substance Alchemist - Technical Support - On a mac and Alchemist does not have AI option image to material

So there is no difference between Material output and Layer Output in the shadow areas, also at import UI there is no drop down options on the Image to Material icon like shown in the tutorial by Wes. My version is 2.2.0 is this not implemented on a Mac as of yet? How to fix if its suppose to be there?

Substance Alchemist - Technical Support - Trying to follow in V2.2.0 AI image to material

On a mac and dowloaded latest version to follow along in vid on image to material with AI filter. When I drag image in the image to material icon in Wes's vid show a drop down with options for "AI Powered" or" B2M" my Alchemist does not show any option. And later in the tutorial he selects "image to material (AI Powered)" Here again I do not have this option only "image to material. Is this a bug or is AI the base that Alchemist work in now?

Substance Alchemist - Technical Support - My base materials are three less than in every tutorial I have seen. How come?

I have just downloaded the latest version and the amount of base materials do not match Wes's "Getting started" Is this a mac issue? How to get all of the base materials?

Substance Alchemist - Technical Support - Cannot modify created substances - THIS IS STILL AN ISSUE

Wanting to modify the parameters in created substances and dragging from the lobby collection or opening exported project there are no parameters available to modify the parameters and reexport. Is something broken?

Substance Painter - Technical Support - How to disable height from lower layer affecting top layer

I have a mesh and am using polygon fill to isolate an area for a new material (which is a folder with a mask set to replace, yet it only diminishes the height coming from the material below by about 50%. How do I disable all of the height info in the masked area?

My material icons are 1/4 the size of Wes's set up in his tutorial, how to fix see attached.

Substance Integrations - MODO - went to import sbsar into modo 13 and it is not in texture menu

I downloaded the latest again and reinstalled but still no sbsar importer in texture menu. What's the fix?

Substance Alchemist - Discussions - Cannot import source files into alchemist

This is so frustrating. I drag a source file from my library to a folder in the materials column, a green + show up but nothing happens when I release.

I create a new collection navigate to file wanted to import and select it and nothing happens except for a new empty folder.

I drag a source file into the create window get a green + let go and nothing happens.

What's the fix on a mac.

I drag a material downloaded from substance source onto a folder in alchemist - get a green + sign but on release nothing happens. I do a search and nothing comes up. What is the procedure to import materials into alchemist.
