I couldn't download the 30 in trial modus and i'm now paying the subscribtion and can't even download one material. It shows always 0Pts.

I can see that 30 points have been added to your account on Jan 23 and that you have not used any of them.
Are you sure that you login on Source using your Substance account, the same as when you login on the forum?

Make sure not to log in with your Adobe account as it is not where your subscription is

But when I look into your account (linked to your forum profile) you have only ever downloaded 1 free asset (satin fabric) and have 0 points and no subscription.
Maybe you have several substance accounts and you have logged into the wrong one?

The free educational licenses don't offer download points.
However some universities have licences with points, so maybe check with your university if you are into one if you have access to those.
If you want to get a few assets on the platform you can get a one month subscription and cancel your sub right after. You will keep your 30 points and you will be able to use them even after the end of the 30 days.

Ok, well at least I'm reassured that you are not blocked and can use the launcher as a workaround!

I don't have any fix at the moment, as it is still unclear what the cause is.
Can you please let me know where you are geographically?
Have you ever tried using a vpn located somewhere else to download a material from the website, and if so, has it changed anything?

Hi,
I'm glad you find a way to make it work! On your account I can see that you currently have 396 asset points available.
In case you can't see your points again in the future please log out and log in again, always using your Substance account (not by using the Adobe login possibility).

Regarding the UE4 issue, are you using the latest version of the plugin?
There was an update in early December https://www.unrealengine.com/marketplace/en-US/product/substance-plugin. If you are already using this version of the plugin, which version of UE4 are you using?

You have (or had) a Substance subscription and you know you have points left but can't find them on the Source website?

Please make sure that when you login on the platform you log in using the email and password combination linked to your Substance account (same as the forum) and not with your Adobe account.

Both accounts are not linked, so you won't see your points if you login with your Adobe account.

You can also try logging out from adobe.com before logging in on Source, as being logged in on adobe.com logs you automatically with your adobe account on Source.

After looking into your account I can see that you have 989 points available.

Can you please make sure that you are logged in on the Source website with your Substance account (where you have your subscription) and not your Adobe account ?

You seem to have been able to connect since as I can see you downloaded assets after you posted the message, but just in case:
The points are linked to your Substance account, which is why it is important to log in on Source via the Substance account and not to use the login with Adobe option

Hi,

This is not an issue known to us at the moment.
Could you please let me know which version of Chrome on which OS you are using?
How fast/slow is your internet connection?
Did anything major change happen on your computer between the moment it worked properly and the moment it stopped working?
Have you tried downloading fron the launcher, and if so, do you have the same issue there?

Hi!
The only way currenlty to get additional Source points is to get a subscription for one month.
You can subscribe, wait a few hours until you have received your points and unsubscribe so you are sure that the sub won't continue the next month.
You'll be able to use the 30 points you have aquired whenever you want, even if you are not subscribed anymore

Hello, I'm facing the same issue. I've just subscribed to Indie License and I've haven't received my points.

When I look into your account I can see that you have 30 points available,which were credited to your account today.
Sometimes it takes a little bit of time to arrive, which may be the reason why you could not see them before.

Please also make sure that you are logged in with your Substance account on the substance Source plateform, no with your Adobe account.

Hi Sergey,
no, Substance Source download points are not included in the free student license.
You can download the free materials on Source, but if you want some of the other ones you can take a one month indie subscription to have 30 points.
You'll be able to use them even after you have unsubscribed so you don't have to use them all during the subscription month.

Maybe you have been logged in automatically with your Adobe account on Edge?
Could you try logging out and logging in again with your Substance account on Edge? It should work on both browsers the same way.

I see that you have 106 asset points on your Substance account, you won't have any new points with the Steam licence but you can still use the points you have already aquired!
Are you sure you are logged with your Substance account,
If you log in with your Adobe account you won't see your points as the two accounts are not linked
