Hello, sorry to use this old post but I also seem to be having the same problem. I upgraded to an indie license last month and I still don't have any points on the account.

I can see on your account you have 30 points since April 25.
Can you please log out of your session on Source and log in again, making sure to use your substance account and not your Adobe one?

okay, so I am creating video games for Roblox.
And if I am going to use just the substance source materials, I should be fine, right?

As you use the materials in a video game ( a "bigger work" and do not give access t the texture maps to the final users, you can even use the materials as is, without modifications, if you want to.

I have the same problem. Try to log in tom y substance account and nothing - ZERO + error 500.

We had an issue for a few hours with the login being down , but it should be back now.
Please refresh the page and you should be able to login as usual!

Same here, I subscribed to substance yesterday but there still hasn't been any points allocated to my account.
And I've checked to make sure I'm logged in to the right account.

They should be back now! Please try to log out and log in again in case you don't see them directly.

Hi Modesto,

There are different ways to use those assets.

You can use them as is, scattered on a surface (for example some autumn leaves on a forest floor).

You can also apply the cut out shapes to a plane in your 3D modeling package of choice. Then you can duplicate it, use variations of the shape and assemble it in the form of the plant or the tree you want to create.

Are you logged in on Source with the same account you are logged in on the forum?
I can see that you have 18 points with the account you are currently logged in here, as you had 30 points after your subscription and that you have downloaded 12 assets since.

Hi Albert,

If you want to have access to Substance Source you need a subscription, and to get a subscription you need to create a substance account on sustance3d.com.

If you don't use all you asset points you will keep them in your account and will be able to use them later.
So if you only need to download a few assets you can definitely get a one month subscription to get 30 points, unsubscribe and then use the rest of your points later when you need them.

How do you usually search for a material?
Do you use the search bar? How precise is your search/how many keywords do you type?

We are now aware of it and looking for a solution, but in the meantime could you please use directly the Source website instead of the launcher?
