I own SP2 and SD5;
I just want to upgrade to SD6 (same when SD3 comes out i guess)
It says i can upgrade for 75$ something (it's Indie version), but when i click it, i brings me to monthly payment of 9.95 for first 6 months and then 19.90 / m.
So after 7 months, i payed 79.6 $ ... ?

Can someone plz try to explain new system, English isnt my native language...

Content - Substance Source - Previews...
 on: November 14, 2016, 09:36:24 am
Hi,
My name is Patrick. (aka Scythar)

I'm a N00B at everything, but to stubborn to give up (it's a bit like my english... :) ).

I like to make scenes (no, i am a man, stop grining and continue reading) IN 3D and also i do a little webdesigning. Now, i am in love with your previews of the different materials.

Did you use some special program to make these previews are is it all hard coded (VB, Java or whatever). I think i could come up with a equivalent for the 2D view (something similar to lightbox), but what format is used to make the 3D view?

PLZ HELP !

Along time ago i did once play a little with a program i bought at Daz Studio. It was called Enliven Pro r something. But since then i thought that for some reason no 3D views existed anymore for the web.

Could anyone help or is it just to difficult for a wouldbe artist.

gr.
Patrick.

Hi,
I'm an absolute beginner at Substance Painter (and just a hobbyist).

I made a little something in C4D and i would like to apply a smart material on it.
f.ex. the T800_Metal.spsm .

I downloaded the file from the Substance Share page and put it in the Shelf.

BUT:
It doesnt show in the Shelf when I open Painter ???

Since i have a small SSD as my C-drive, the programs are all installed on a separate drive. Dunno if that has something to do with it?
So typically, the exe program is here: K:\Program Files\Allegorithmic\Substance Painter
and the smart materials are situated here: K:\Program Files\Allegorithmic\Substance Painter\resources\shelf\allegorithmic\smart-materials

Plz Help Me find a solution !!
THX.
