Is it possible to use Substance Designer substances in EEVEE viewport on blender ?

Is it possible to use substances as procedural maps in blender?
example: use a substance designer noise map complementing other own blender nodes?

is there any free substances website?

How can I make a substance in the substance designer that adds dirt to the shapes without having to bake?

dust
grease
Peeled paint

Simply by adding the dirt on the meshes in 3ds max from their angled shapes?
