What about the problem with the Texture properties, like Aniso Level, not being saved? Is it being investigated?
Yes, we are still working on that. Texture settings didn't make it into the 2.0.1 update but we will get it fixed.

Very sorry for the long wait. We have addressed the issue and and the fix will be in the 2.1. We are hoping to release soon, but are also looking to make sure we don't have a buggy update. With that said, I can't give an exact ETA just yet.

Hi,
I'm sorry there isn't a workaround. However, we just released the 2.0.1 update on the Asset Store that fixes the issues.

Hi Wes.
With the new update, the material properties (tiling, offset) seems to be OK.
However, the problem in the textures properties is still there. If i change any property in the generated textures, like the Aniso Level, the changes are lost (for instance, change a texture Aniso Level to 5, then change a material tiling... the Aniso Level always returns to 1).
Please, do take a look ;)

I have made some more tests, and the changes in the Substance Generated textures (Filter Mode, Aniso Level) / materials (tiling) properties are lost sometimes even if i do not restart Unity. There is something weird happening.

I have the same problem, my changes in the Substance Generated materials (tiling, etc) and textures (Filter Mode, Aniso Level) are not getting saved properly. Each time i restart the Editor the changes are no longer there, even if i saved the scene and the project.
