Substance Integrations - UE4 - Do anyone know how control Graph Instance in cinematic?

I was try to animation via substance instance within cinematic but nothing happen.
I've try both Async and sync rendering. in manually it working via substance instance itself but not working automatic via animation triggers or timeline frames.

Do anyone know how control Graph Instance in cinematic?

Substance Designer - Discussions - what different between SD5 and SD2018?

I had been with Substance designer since first version, I am not heavy user. Only use it when I need, now my SD5 beg me to upgrade to subscription version instead of perpetual to keeping up to date.

I want to made my own smart material for Substance Painter 2 but unsure if Substance Designer 5 support that? and is feature tutorial useable with SD5?
I'll need to know this before I start.


When do the right time to upgrade to match with my needs?

Hello, I just found my mistake while heavy work on my model.. just fix the mistake but how can I update mesh to my painter file?

Modelling from autodesk 3d max, normal map details from zbrush..
100% substance painter using my own brew substance designer 3..



I know... I know... That's a grow-in-dark leaf(!) must be because my monitor are too dark.. Heh

Substance Painter - Feature Requests - Stencil Tool - less click as possible please..

Hey again,

I find that workflow between Stencil Tool and import new sbsar to the shelf need a lot of click.... Click on old leather stencil then click texture, then click that brush button for texture then click the sbsar I want to use like... an oak wood... Then start paint on stencil... Then switch back to normal brush to polish it up then go back to import new detail wood sbsar for using stencil, ah.... Click click click arrgghhh!!!!!

Heh.

I am sure it need to be less click unless you are force to close the software and go to folder itself...

while I boot up my pc and loading substance painter and then load up my recent file to carry on with my project: Ent.... I just thought that it going need a wizard just like substance designer3..
sort of like...

• Create New Project
• Load Project
• Recent Project
• Export new mesh

something like that. because load up unwanted mesh starting annoy me after open the painter many time - countless...

while I am using stencil to painting all over the model... I just thought why not it allow me to one click to fill whole model with .SBSAR or .SAR...

if model have a mask, auto-fill-all dont  paint over the masking area.
just thought....

I dont like this background in beta.. I would like it to be ether grey or plain... with a option to pick my own background. using either colour picker or import a picture.

Substance Designer - Technical Support - BUG - export mesh to 3d view.

Hello, I just updated SD 3.7 and carry on with my work...
I just find out in 3d view cannot open my *.obj mesh, all of those include create new mesh.


when I open SD file, load graphic everything are fine...


When I drag mesh and drop into 3d view, this what display.


let me know if you need 7z file for log.
