Substance Painter - Technical Support - which graphics card to work in 4k

I am preparing a new configuration with 64 gb of ram and as an intel 10900x processor and I don't know if with an nvidia rtx 3080 graphics card with 10 gb of vram it is enough to work in 4k I have the option to take the rtx a5000 24go from vram but it is not the same price

when cutting objects in software like rizom uv Is the resolution of a UV map important for Substance Painter since when exporting, the software recalculates the resolution of the texture maps?
