I'm trying to make some custom proceedural nodes for substance painter and I'm having problems using the "triplanar_greyscale" node.

Here's a test substance I setup:

As you can see it's a very basic setup with a pattern, a triplanar node, and a switch to turn it on and off.
When I export it as a SBSAR and bring it into substance designer I get this result:

This looks fine. But when I turn on triplanar mapping it looks like this:

As you can see the pixelation is quite obvious.
I've made sure that all the relevant nodes are set to 'relative to parent' or 'relative to input' but it still occurs.

Suggestions? There are substance painter nodes that have triplanar mapping in them - they don't have this problem - how do they do it?
