All displacement information are in the height map. We don't export the displacement amplitude value.
If you want the same amplitude, you have to adjust the displacement scale on Substance Player.

Be sure you don't have several install folders in several disks.
If it's still doesn't work, you can send us a log file. You can find it here:

• Windows: ~/AppData/Roaming/Allegorithmic/Substance Alchemist
• MacOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Allegorithmic/Substance Alchemist/
• Linux: ~/.local/share/Allegorithmic/Substance Alchemist

Regarding the delighter availability, can you send me your log file? You can export it using the help menu (top right icon) or it's located here: ~/AppData/Roaming/Allegorithmic/Substance Alchemist

The delighter feature is only available on Windows with a NVIDIA GPU. What is your machine configuration?

There is an Mac installer. You need to have a valid Substance Alchemist license to get it.

The beta is available in the Substance subscription and for students. If you registered online in 2018, you will receive more information very soon to get 3 months access.

The export is basic for the moment.
In the future, we will provide the same level of options as the Export feature of Substance Painter.
