It's this time of the year again!
All the gaming industry is flying to San Francisco for GDC, and like every year, Allegorithmic will be there too!

Hi all,

We now have a Uservoice system for you to enter feature requests and vote for other's.
This will give everyone a good overview of what has already been asked and what is currently being worked on.

Since the latest SP release, creating a project with a mesh that has a default material name seems to wipe the layer stack when you reopen it.
Be careful to name the materials applied to your meshes in your dcc app before exporting!
We are sorry for the inconvenience and are working on a hot-fix.

We are aware of multiple issues with the 3.7 update, until we fix those, we would recommend that you revert back to 3.6. You will find a link to that build in your account downloads.

Substance Designer full and non-commercial version are now available on Steam.

These versions include a substance template especially designed to help artists create assets for Valve's hugely popular Dota 2.
