Substance Integrations - Marmoset Toolbag - export (.sbsar) to marmoset 3

Hello!
I have a problem with exporting my substance archive. The Substance file (.sbsar) doesn't display (download) to marmoset scene. Actually I tried to download this .sbsar file to substance painter and it's works (so I can see my input parameters). I really don't understand the reason of this problem in marmo. Here is screenshots of the process
