Hi Dan !

Indeed it is a good idea, I'm adding this one in our backlog and we'll find a way to fix this issue !
Won't be in our next 1.6 release but should definitely be in the next 1.7

Hi Suzanne,

You have to use the Launcher to have these Send to features ( https://www.substance3d.com/download/ )
If you are on the website ( https://source.substance3d.com/ ) you won't be able to use it and you will only be able to see the blue download button

The 1.6.0 release will be a major release so it takes some time to be completed

Hello,

If you still have the issue could you share here your logs so we can understand/investigate ?
You can export your logs by clicking on your username in the upper right corner of the launcher
Then just select Export logs, and share it with us

The versioning does not work this way
1.5.2 is a minor release : we just resolves some bugs and add minor improvement compared to our previous 1.5.1 and 1.5.0 release !
1.6.0 is a major release with more changes

1.6.0 should be our next release (no 1.5.3 is planned)

Hello,

We are aware of the non-persistent login, we are trying to solve this issue but currently we did not found any satisfying solution yet ... (mainly for security reasons)

Nevertheless we should at least have a way to warn our users when they are not logged in and they are scrolling on the Source tab. Should be pretty easy to implement ^^

If we find an easy solution we'll also add the possibility to keep your scroll within the Source tab after the log in step

Sadly we are aware of this issue, we are trying to find a solution to resolve it as soon as possible.
In the mean time you may use the website if you need to make any purchase, the broken previews seems to work fine on the website : source.substance3d.com

You indeed have a weird issue here. We are not able to reproduce it on the Launcher.

Could you please export your Launcher logs and share them here, after you've reproduced this issue ?

To export your logs : click on your username in the upper right corner, click on "Export Log"

Thanks for the reporting of this issue : we've never encountered this one before.
It seems the launcher has not been uninstalled properly before the update. It should be automatic and execute smoothly.

The manual deletion of the installation folder is not enough in your case. I suggest you try to remove all remaining data about the launcher within the Registry on your Windows system, it may help

The error message here seems to clearly indicate you are putting wrong credentials indeed ...
Did you try to enter your email and password directly on substance3d.com to access your account settings/licences ? Does it work ?
