Substance PainterSubstance Painter - Discussions - Switching Substances?

Hey,

I am working on a school project and have spent about 8 hrs texturing an asset (going to be using Microsoft Hololens) and I realized that I was using the wrong Shader Pipeline! I thought that it would be cheaper (since Hololens is basically mobile) to work in a non-PBR spec gloss, however I just realized I could work in an optimized PBR Metal Rough and this would get me more of the maps out. I originally did this workflow since I wanted to try baking the Spec, Gloss, and Height into a single Diffuse since we are going to not light the scene.

Anyways if I can bake them into a single diffuse that may be a work around, but what I am trying to ask is can I switch while in Substance Painter (2.2.0) to PBR Metal Rough? Tried just clicking the different shader and I lost all the info I believe besides the height I painted (including diffuse).

Any tips would be amazing specifically people who worked mobile with Unity and Substance Painter! Our game engine is a special version of Unity with full functionality, specifically version 5.4.0f1 (I believe).
