Substance Alchemist - Discussions - Alchemist viewport completely white (help)

Hi everyone,
I am having issues to display Alchemist on my desktop. (Rest of software are all working fine,(Maya, Substance Painter, Designer, ZBrush, etc...)).
I have attached a screenshot of what is happening to this post.
Once I launch Alchemist software(doesn't matter thought launcher beta or not). I have tried through the .exe file or other ways, none of the ways worked always white.
It's all updated, rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled again over and over, antivirus off, the software has permission in my firewall, and it still doesn't work. .
Any suggestion.

Substance Designer - Technical Support - Roughness channel is not working at 3D view.

Hi there.

I have an issue in Substance Designer related to the roughness channel. I have set all the channels right and almost all of them are working properly but the roughness channel doesn't work in the 3D view, but once I render in IRay the roughness is working. I had tried a lot of things to get the channel to work nothing so far, and I don't know anyything more that I can do it. How could I make it work? I will appreciate any help please.
