The general rule is that it's ok if the material was made unique in some way, either with lightmap baked in, or mapped to specific UVs, but for example you can't ship the tileable material as is along with road models.

I purchased the substance from steam, modeled it in Blender, opened the uvmap, and applied the default wood material in the substance painter. After that, I changed the color a little with the fill layer. After that, the texture that matches the uvmap I made came out. I want to sell this texture with modeling.
I want to get a definitive answer whether there are any problems.
