Substance Integrations - Unity - unity webgl

Will substance engine run in unity webgl?

Me too! I want to develop some simple systems like creating decals and stuff. Soon I'll be creating a thread about it!

Nice! Thank you Wes! Makes sense, since there's lots of buttons below the gradient, dragging it up would decrease the chances of miss clicking.

I used to work with substance designer 2.5, and it was pretty easy to edit gradients and deleting nodes because just dragging them down would delete the color node in the gradient. In substance 4.4 I'm not able to do that, I have to remove them by pressing the "X" button, wich is kind of annoying, as you can see in the image below.

About 3D view, I usually don't use it in my workflow, how can I avoid the window from opening again everytime I load a substance file? Maybe if I could save a default Layout it would solve this problem.

Thanks for the reply, Wes!
Actually I was talking about the input parameter highlighted in this image, later I found out that you just need to add one input node that substance will create a new one right below it, and it does make a new option in the "Pattern" parameter too. Funny how I forgot to try this haha.

Hi! (:

I see one "input Image 1" in the FX-Map node, at the same time, I can't find an option to increase the inputs in the "Pattern" parameter in the Quadrant.

Is it possible to create multiple input images?

Thanks for the support you guys are giving in this forum, very helpful!

Is it possible to create an array of inputs on substance designer?

I would like to at multiple spots using a X and Y provide by unity in substance, is it possible?

Something like the iterates would increase and the quadrant below it would change the offset based on the array of X and Y.

Hi, is there any documentation about substance variables (acessible in function mode)?

like $depth, $number, etc...

When I use the output size in a node to resize an input, what's the default filtering mode? Is it bilinear? Is there any difference between using transformation 2D to resize an element or just using the output size on another node?

Have you tried using a transform 2D and applying -100% on width?

The polygon generator gives me a similar pattern, but it doesn't give me quite what I'm looking for, wich is that progression that you can see on the danztil image. I think this effect could be achieved using some functions on the transform operator, but haven't found much material about it.

Hi! Wouldn't be nice if we had some area in the forum where we can share our .sbs files? I think it would be a nice way to learn.

just notice that there actually is. :P
But I can't delete this post, sorry.

Is it possible to create, on substance, something like the penrose tiling through FX-Maps? I find hard to get results using functions inside FX-Maps, is there any example?

I know it's possible using bitmaps and vectors, but I want to avoid that.

Thanks! (:

hey! (:
Something like this? If you have some reference images maybe I could help you better.
