Content - Substance Source - -17 downloads?

Hi!  I think I had at least a few downloads left, but somehow I didn't visit Substance Source for over a month, and then suddenly I got -17 downloads, thats definitely not true. Can you help me to fix that problem? Or prove it with some download history. Thank you for help!

I have this error while loading some of the files that I downloaded. I tried also on a different machine.
This problem is very weird, any ideas=
