Medium - Feature Requests - New features please

I like to model functional pieces for real world applications. This means that I need proper dimensions for the critical area's of a model. Currently I use Solidworks to model, export as STL, then have to use another program to convert to a .obj, all that just to import to medium so that I can sculpt on top of the model.
I would like to see parametric features in medium. A way to dimension while modeling or at least the ability to scale a reference photo to work from. I also would like to see .stl compatibility, this would make my workflow so much more streamlined.
I absolutely love medium and hope that this new change of management brings along tons of features in the future.
