Substance Painter - Baking - Baking Not Working for Vertex Paint

The title says it all. After watching countless tutorials and failing with every solution I decided to come here. Substance Painter appears to have messed up the vertex paint however I think it's not Substances fault but possibly Blenders, but that's just my hypothesis.

Blender Vertex Paint: https://ibb.co/5xmL9mS (There are parts not fully vertex painted but that's because it's my third try of redoing it and I didn't want to repaint the whole thing if it won't work, both previous times failed.)
I am pretty new to all of this so if you need any more information just ask and I'll see if I can pull it up.
