Is it possible to save a preset or expose through a plugin to make it a one button solution to:

Enable Post Effects
Enable Tone Mapping
Set Tone Mapper to Log
Apply color profile LUT

what is the Log function you are using in the tonemapping?

For the Post Process Color Profile/Tone Mapping

When I export a PSD from a scene with multiple texture sets at the same time.  The issue arises where will rename the layer to naming conflict and suffix the layer.  In this example layer color to color_1 (since 3rd Texture set, 2nd set is _0)

This behavior doesn't occur if individually export with a PSD config.

Designer recently added ACES support directly.  Should we expect a similar release in upcoming Painter?  Asking because I was exploring to establish that workflow through LUT and color profiles, but if it will be handled native in the next release could avoid redundant work.

Latest on droid concept of Meet Mat

Is there a better way to down scale an image in Designer while maintaining fidelity?  Was making a graph that composites a logo onto a material.  I wanted to mimic Smart Object in Photoshop basically.  Where have high resolution source that scales down, but currently if I transform the image down I'm noticing artifact edges.

Attached is an example of current approach. 

Had a quick question on what seemed like an odd behavior while working in 2018.3. While in Designer if I provide a grayscale value of.5 on 0-1 the resulting RGB is 127. On Metal, Roughness, or Specular Level in Painter if I just have a default Fill layer and set the slider value to .5, the result on export is a value of 148.

Is there a node that will expand a square shape, and stay a box.  To do a scaled stroke for the most part.  It's simple enough to do as a once off with QuadTransform or other nodes, but was hoping to make dynamic.  So that whatever shape I put in it can expand.  When I have tried Distance or others it eventually rounds off the end, which becomes an issue

If I wanted to expose the transform placement of a logo in a designer material/node.  Is there a way to expose/use the transform widget in Designer instead of the transform matrix using numbers for the end user?

Curious if could automate capturing material thumbnails from an offline directory? Visuals representation of an internal Painter shelf to keep track and log material changes.
Was curious if Automation Toolkit would be the right tool and if so how.

Is there a way to fill shape by just drawing the outline?  For simplistic example if drew the outline of box.  Is there a workflow that could "fill" the box quicker than manually painting those strokes

Trying out the new PBR node in 2018.3 and was wondering if I was overlooking something in the settings.  When I have a material using the sphere I get the effect like the release notes.  However, when switch to plane it seems very washed out and a completely different result.

I know you can do $mesh, texture set to identify PSD names.  If you wanted to output variations of the same texture set from painter.  Is there a way to assign a unique name prior to export?   i.e Version_A, Version_B

When I make a custom Filter and bring into Painter.  The Icon shows up blank and I do "Set Custom Preview".  However, if I would like to post to a shared library, shelf.  How would I setup so that transfers for everyone to see the Icon?

When you "save a new shelf preset from current filters".  Is there a way to copy that preset into a shelf to share across team members?

As you do with materials and such with a custom shelf.
