Substance PainterSubstance Painter - Baking - Black AO map

Only this one object remains black in the ao map. I do not know how to continue. When I upload it to Sketchfab, it's way too dark.

This part is one of four. In the UV these are overlapping. As a test, I deleted the other three. Still no improvement.


My ID map is blurry. I've already baked it in sp without anti-aliasing. That unfortunately did not work. That's why I first baked it myself in Blender. The map looks good. But after importing it into sp, it becomes blurry.

I downloaded the following rim and now I do not know how to apply it:

Or I can not really use this tire.

I'm sorry, but I'm still new here. I'm sending you a fbx and a render of what I got. I imported the rim as procedual and the tire as basematerial.
What should the base mesh look like? Did I do it right?



I can not open with Steam the Substance Painter 2. No window opens. In Task Manager, I can see the program. But I can not open it.
On the second try to open an error message appears that it is already open.

I am using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Intel® Core™ i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz × 8
GeForce GTX 980/PCIe/SSE2



I have a problem with the Sketchfab exporter.
After trying to export I got a message: Error during the export (see Logs).

[Sketchfab Exporter] Starting mesh export
[Sketchfab Exporter] Failed to export mesh file.

I build the objects in Blender. Exported into Substance Painter as a fbx file.
I have tried a 30 days license and everything was ok.
Now I bought it and I have the latest version 1.7.1 on Mac OS X and I got this error.
I also tried to export the sample file Hans. Also with the same error message.
