solved. I also had to bake the normal map. I've avoided that so far.

Substance PainterSubstance Painter - Baking - Black AO map
 on: May 30, 2021, 11:05:54 am

Only this one object remains black in the ao map. I do not know how to continue. When I upload it to Sketchfab, it's way too dark.

This part is one of four. In the UV these are overlapping. As a test, I deleted the other three. Still no improvement.

Ok, that was my mistake. I rendered the ID map in 4k and then imported it in 2k.

In 4k is everything good.

My ID map is blurry. I've already baked it in sp without anti-aliasing. That unfortunately did not work. That's why I first baked it myself in Blender. The map looks good. But after importing it into sp, it becomes blurry.

I downloaded the following rim and now I do not know how to apply it:

Or I can not really use this tire.

I'm sorry, but I'm still new here. I'm sending you a fbx and a render of what I got. I imported the rim as procedual and the tire as basematerial.
What should the base mesh look like? Did I do it right?

I believe it is because of my hardware. Maybe I damaged the motherboard when assembling. Blender only renders with a single thread on GPU.

I try to put in order.

thank you

It was not possible for me to install another driver. I'm sorry, but I know myself too little of.
My RAID1 hard drives also run very slowly. Maybe I have to change something in UEFI.

But Blender GPU rendering is going great. And that irritates me.

No problem, I can wait.

best regards

here comes the file

Perhaps this information helps:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: NVIDIA Corporation GM204 [GeForce GTX 980] (rev a1) (prog-if 00 [VGA controller])
   Kernel driver in use: nvidia
   Kernel modules: nvidiafb, nouveau, nvidia_361

Sorry, but I'm still new to Ubuntu. Ubuntu was installed for me. An application is installed with the name "NVIDIA X Server Settings".
NVIDIA binary driver - version 361.42 (Proprietary)

I think it is a proprietary driver.

I can not open with Steam the Substance Painter 2. No window opens. In Task Manager, I can see the program. But I can not open it.
On the second try to open an error message appears that it is already open.

I am using Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
Intel® Core™ i7-6700K CPU @ 4.00GHz × 8
GeForce GTX 980/PCIe/SSE2

I hope the Paypal option to purchase is still within the next 17 days. My trial period ends then and I do not know how I can downgrade  :(
The last purchase also paypal was still possible.

I just hope for the best.

thank you froyok!  :)

Here comes the log file.
