Substance Painter - Technical Support - Substance Painter 2021.1.0 Steam License - Can't Rotate or Move Objects

I recently purchased Substance Painter 2021.1.0(7.1.0) license through Steam.  I can open sample projects fine, but I can't Rotate or Move Objects in the main window.  The only function working from my mouse if the scroll wheel will zoom-in/out.  I've previously used a trial version of Substance 2020 without any issue.  I've also tried disabling my Hiuon H610Pro V2 pen tablet, but same results just with mouse only.  I'm sure there is a simple solution.
