Substance Painter - Technical Support - Use of Painter with Sketchp - How to Unwrap Sketchup model?

I do my modeling in SketchUp and want to use Pointer to modify the textures. To do that I need to have an unwrapped model to bring into Painter as a low poly mesh.
How do I do the unwrapping?

All the refunds have been issued (big thanks to our accounting department for the extra work ), you should receive them in the next 10 days.

I purchased the upgrade last Wednesday, 16 March for $100. I have not received an email telling me of the reduction in price. Will I still receive a refund?
If so, thank you very much.
If not, no problem. If I thought $100 was too much for this great product I wouldn't have paid it in the first place.

Yes, Wes, it was the Firefox download. Thank you for your help.

I have a user ID and a license Key, but the program is looking for a license file. Guess I need you to hold my hand a little longer

I have bitmap2material and Substance Player and just bought Substance Painter. But it turns out it is the indie version and is not an executable file. How (or can I) use this version?

All I get is '502 Bad Gateway' for manuals and, of course, there are no tutorials for Player or bitmap2material!!! I should have checked this before I bought Bitmap2material. Having never used this program nor done any other material generation/manipulation, I'm stuck.
