Now that you are Adobe, are you planning to migrate Pen and lazo tool for example?

Why dont you do it for layers and texture sets also? not just channels

Maybe im doing something wrong ive tried every format in the list, same result no transparency.

What do i have to do to get transparency? Please help me is crucial in my workflow

Like photoshop.. Is very useful to move layers with keyboard arrows.

In 3dsmax if you right click in a number slot you can reset to 0 for convenience

In photoshop other trick is to go up or down in value just by scrolling the wheel.

Substance PainterSubstance Painter - Technical Support - Annoying thing

Whenever im typing in a floating window and left my cursor on top of another, the selection box gets greyed out so i cant continue typing and i have to start again.

I know is just a small thing but when you do it a lot is annoying and time consuming.

It gets stucked on regenerating thumbnails when i try to drag and drop a smart material to my layers, every layer is white for ever and the green bar stays full.
Also in my shelf only about half of smart materials regenerate

Is a big problem because when that happens i cant work anymore not even save!
Please give me a solution im with the latest version also happened with the previous one.

PD; i have my drivers updated, same problem
SPECS: gtx 1070, win10, Ryzen7 1700, 32Gb ram

I thought when the export to photoshop window showed up that was very smart, just mark what do you want to export, but i
was shocked when i realized that ill have to wait for about 30 minutes for every single layer and masks and channels! to export, not very efficient way to export, or am i wrong??

Substance PainterSubstance Painter - Technical Support - brush gets corrupted

i have version 2017.3.2 , maybe the new version is ok but is a very strange behaviour.
Maybe after 2 hours of work i get this issue, that my brush alpha and attributes is not taking to account,
as you see in the image when i paint in a mask my brush alpha gets very weird and im using just shape alpha with no spacing.
Then i do a restart of the file and all gets back to normal.

Ive recently decided to buy a new graphic card with 8gb vram, after a lot of research the popular choice is
clearly Nvidia gtx 1070., but now i'm with another dilemma mini or not.

Is it wise to buy the MINI version?
In Chile is a lot cheaper than the standard version, what are the pros and cons?

We are planning to upgrade our PCs and because of our intensive use of Substance Painter, we are
focusing on Painter specific parts. Our main goal is to work as fluid as possible in 4K resolution, i was told that
it can be achieved by having a 8gb of vram card like Nvidia Gtx 1070 but right now prices are too high.

Short question is: Is there a card not so expensive that allows to run 4K in a fluid way? Maybe AMD?

As you see in the image, on the left i have exported in 4K at the right is in 1K and is fine.
This is the first time i have this kind of error where i have a lot of black zones and is only hapenning with normal map 4k export (with this texture set only).
 what could be the issue?  i have tried exporting layer by layer but with no luck, maybe someone else has encountered the same issue and can help me, please
