Same here, I subscribed to substance yesterday but there still hasn't been any points allocated to my account.
And I've checked to make sure I'm logged in to the right account.

They should be back now! Please try to log out and log in again in case you don't see them directly.

We have had an issue for a few hours this morning with the login being down , but it should be back now.
Please refresh the page and you should be able to login as usual.

Hi Modesto,

There are different ways to use those assets.

You can use them as is, scattered on a surface (for example some autumn leaves on a forest floor).

You can also apply the cut out shapes to a plane in your 3D modeling package of choice. Then you can duplicate it, use variations of the shape and assemble it in the form of the plant or the tree you want to create.

Are you logged in on Source with the same account you are logged in on the forum?
I can see that you have 18 points with the account you are currently logged in here, as you had 30 points after your subscription and that you have downloaded 12 assets since.

If you want to have access to Substance Source you need a subscription, and to get a subscription you need to create a substance account on sustance3d.com.

If you don't use all you asset points you will keep them in your account and will be able to use them later.
So if you only need to download a few assets you can definitely get a one month subscription to get 30 points, unsubscribe and then use the rest of your points later when you need them.

Indeed after checking it looks like the fix we applied on the platform was not taken into account in the launcher.

We are now aware of it and looking for a solution, but in the meantime could you please use directly the Source website instead of the launcher?

How do you usually search for a material?
Do you use the search bar? How precise is your search/how many keywords do you type?

Hi Oj,
Could you please provide a link or a screenshot to a material which has the protected tag?
We had an issue with "protected" being displayed in place of "download", but it was fixed last week and I currently can't find any asset which still has the issue

We are thinking about ways we could visually regroup assets together by theme so they would not take so much space on the results and category pages, as indeed we know it is not the best experience currently! We will try to prioritize this more

Hi,

The substance Source integration into Painter as been depreciated last year, as it was not up to date and that the launcher had the same features and more!
You can use it to send assets from Source to your painter shelf like you did before.
