Substance - Purchases & Licenses - Cannot use the latest version even I still got 10 months subscription?

Cannot use the latest version of substance painter even I still got 10 months subscription?
What's the point here?

I was using the latest version released on June 24, then I received your rebranding email on June 25
And now the substance launcher tell me to downgrade my current version in order to use it...
So I cannot open the files anymore??? THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!!
